The video of singer Indeep Bakshi’s new song “Coco powder” from the album “Phone Diaries” has been shot on a phone, unlike most other music videos.

Known for Bollywood chartbusters “Saturday Saturday” and “Kala Chashma”, Indeep’s latest peppy song was launched on Monday on his YouTube channel IBStudioz. Written and composed by Indeep, it is his attempt to try something unique. He has also edited its video, which features him with with some new faces.

The song’s catch phrase is “Life Mai Thug”.

Explaining the concept behind “Phone Diaries”, Indeep said it’s a fun an entertaining video blog.

“I’ll be making songs on current affairs and even sportsM which will come under my ‘Phone Diaries’. I am trying to change the trend of spending lakhs in a single video which is done to make the song a big hit, but with ‘Phone Diaries’ I will try to make a song big without spending much on it,” he said in a statement.

He said it is really tough for an individual artiste to release a song every month as it involves huge cost in shooting a video.

“So to make it simple, I am starting with this concept and it will be helpful for the emerging singers and artistes too.”

He is sure people will love the number.

“The fun which I have done in the video is super crazy. I have shot the full video in a hotel room only. People write phone diaries, but I am changing the trend by transforming it in the visual form,” Indeep added.
