International music artistes including Afrojack and Steve Aoki are part of the line-up for Electric Daisy Carnival India (EDC India), a music festival which is making its debut in India in November.

The first edition of the event will be held on November 12-13 at Buddh International Circuit here.

The music festival, presented by beer brand Budweiser, will also feature prominent international acts including Alesso, R3hab, Tommy Trash and Yellow Claw.

“This is truly an important year for Budweiser as we continue to shape the electronic music culture in the country. We kickstarted this year with a promise of ensuring authentic music experiences for Indian audiences and we are happy to deliver on this once again by helping bring one of the world’s largest music festivals to India for the very first time,” Kartikeya Sharma, Marketing Director, AB InBev, India and South East Asia, said in a statement.

Some popular Indian names will be represented by Anish Sood, Arjun Vagale, B.R.E.E.D, BLOT!, Dualist Inquiry, Lost Stories, Nucleya, Pearl, Sandunes, Sartek, Shaan, Sickflip, Sound Avtar and Zaeden.

EDC is one of the popular electronic dance music festivals, with its flagship edition held annually in Las Vegas, Nevada.
