Beauty pageants are very important for entertainment industry, says Niharica Raizada

Actress Niharica Raizada, Miss India UK 2010, saya that beauty pageants are very important for the entertainment industry as it opens new avenues for the performer as well as for the recruiter.

Niharica Raizada was interacting with the media when she judged IIT Bombay presented Mood Indigo cultural festival’s beauty pageant titled ‘She’s Got The Look’ in Mumbai.  Niharica was crowned Miss India UK 2010 and she was also the first runner-up of Miss India Worldwide 2010.

Talking about her experience judging Mood Indigo’s ‘She’s Got The Look’ pageant, she said, “I have always had attraction towards beauty pageants and here, we have judged beauty, talent and personality of the contestants. I think it’s a great platform for students and it’s a great platform for young girl to be able to take the next step if they wanted to join the entertainment industry or they wanted to do anything in the field of beauty, lifestyle or fashion.”

The model cum actress has advised aspiring beauty pageant participants by saying that that there is lot of fakeness and artificiality in today’s world so, they should stay true to their personality.

When asked Niharica what’s the advice she would like to give to aspiring beauty pageant contestants, she said, “I feel they should be as real as possible because in today’s world, there is lot of fakeness and artificiality so, please stay real and stay true to the core of who you are and do not change for anybody.”

Congratulating winners of ‘she’s Got The Look’ beauty pageant, Nihairca said, “I want to congratulate them. All three of them are really beautiful girls. They have come to participate in this contest from different places like Dehradun, Pune and Bhopal so, I think it’s really commendable that these guys have taken that step to come out to show off their skills.”

Niharica Raizada next will be seen in Indra Kumar’s directorial ‘Total Dhamaal’ along with Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey.

‘Total Dhamaal’ is releasing on 22nd February, 2019.
