Actress Munmun Dutta says “Bappa Ka Maan Apka Samman” initiative by Keyur Sheth of Mumbai Cha Sheth is really important and I support it completely.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ star Munmun Dutta has been grabbing eyeballs for her good looks and now using the naturally blessed beauty; promote a noble cause, Bappa Ka Maan Apka Samman.

Mumbai Cha Sheth, the Bappa of Red Cherry Entertainment initiates a campaign – Bappa Ka Maan, Aapka Samman – which honours and appreciates individuals performing social work for the benefit of the society. The team has already felicitated prominent front-line workers for their selfless work during pandemic.

Talking about the initiative, “I think it is really important to felicitate or acknowledge the people who are doing good work in society, which in return bring out some change in other people’s lives. I think it is really important for us to do so, and we’re trying to promote this initiative in such a manner that this message reaches everyone” said Munmun Dutta, who broke the internet recently for allegedly dating co-actor Raj Anadkat.

Red Cherry Entertainment has been celebrating the festival for the last 7 years on a very grand scale. They have been executing the biggest Visarjan procession in Maharashtra, where they have always encouraged the Indian culture and folk forms by inviting Adivasis and artists from rural areas of all over India.

Post Visarjan, the team engages in activities such as beach cleaning, feeding the stray animals, donating clothes to the needy, food distribution and more, the money collected during the festival is used for tree-plantation, which is the need of the hour, especially post cyclones.

Bappa Ka Maan, Aapka Samman is supported by lots of TV and Bollywood Celebrities such as Munmun Dutta, Rakesh Bedi, Makarand Deshpande, Ananth Mahadevan, Sandip Soparrkar and Corporate Houses.

The main belief behind this campaign is to create awareness around a greater number of people to help each other and stand in Unity.
